Session 3 Cultural Awareness

Develop the skills, knowledge and attitudes to better understand Indigenous culture and enhance your capacity to work better and more effectively with others.

  • Build a culturally diverse workplace by gaining a greater understanding of Indigenous cultures, language and differing behavioural styles
  • Includes a cultural walk through Melbourne Botanical Gardens, a significant cultural site for the Eastern Kulin Nation. Gain an insight into the area’s rich history and culture from your Aboriginal guide, while learning about traditional land ceremonies, and the traditional use of plants for food, medicine and tools.

Session 4 Empowering Women in Business

Learn to inspire and motivate your female workforce through personal stories of success, tails of challenge and harnessing the ambition to succeed.

 Open to both men and women, this session will help to better understand the challenges women face in the workplace and how to address them.
